Eligibility for returns
You may return products purchased on Medthreads.ie within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the products are unused, unopened (where hygiene sealed) and in their original packaging.
To be eligible, you must contact us to request a return, quoting your order number and reason for return.
How to return
Return items (at your cost) to our returns address (please see Contact page for address).
Ensure items are securely packed; we recommend using tracked shipping.
Once we receive the returned items and inspect them, we will notify you of the status of your refund or exchange.
Refunds / Exchanges
If approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method (minus any original shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error).
Exchanges (to a different size / variant) — only possible if the alternative is in stock; customer may need to cover any price difference and return shipping.
Faulty or damaged items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will cover return shipping costs and offer a full refund or replacement once the issue is verified.
Non-returnable items
Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene reasons (e.g. opened, used, opened sealed packaging) — such items must be clearly described at the point of sale.
Refund timeframe
Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 14 working days of our receipt of returned items (or sooner where possible).
